Cards are designed to provoke thought and emotion and challenge you to share your answers truthfully and transparently. If you are not comfortable sharing, simply skip and use the words,

 “That is a topic I am not comfortable discussing, I would like to skip it.”

If you do decide to share, take a minute to pause, take a deep breath, and share intentionally what you want the person to know about you regarding that topic.
